I just queried my firewall and it reports the following have been requested via uPNP :

30001 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc
42001 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc
20001 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc
30062 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc
42000 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc
30064 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc
40000 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc
42010 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc
30063 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc
30051 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc
30061 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc
10022 keep stateudp192.168.4.202libminiupnpc

Note that I'm just running DMR, D-Star and Fusion - other modes may require other ports.

This claims to be the list - http://wiki.pistar.uk/Ports_to_forward_if_not_using_a_uPNP_network.
